HED Companies is a group of professional companies, owned and managed by the same owner. HED companies are serving over 85 apartment communities and many other commercial customers in the state of Indiana.​

Our Story

HED Started on February 20,2018. The owner, Joel Najera Diaz started with HED Cleaning Management giving the best cleaning services to each customer, few months later HED began to be recommended by the same clients and became one of the best cleaning companies in the state of Indiana.

Due to the success that the first company had, Joel decided to open his second company in November 2019 and called it HED Painting Services, dedicated and focused on giving high satisfaction to each client in all painting services and just as happened with HED Cleaning, HED painting achieved equal or greater success, to this date expanding throughout the state of Indiana and neighboring states.

Now HED has become a group of 4 companies; HED Cleaning Management, HED Painting Services, HED landscaping services and HED Remodeling Services. In 2023 Joel designed one company logo, and now these 4 companies formed what we know as H.E.D Companies.

H.E.D companies has been one of the best in the industry of; Apartment buildings, New Constructions buildings, Commercial and Residential Properties. We are based in Indianapolis, IN. But we cover all Indiana state and neighboring states with the following services:
